Holiday Shipping 2008 We'll be shipping every day through Monday Dec. 22nd and just once in the week between Christmas and New Years, on Monday December 29th. After that we will be closed for end-of-year inventory, and we will resume a normal shipping schedule on Monday, Jan. 5th 2009. Our warehouse is located in Northern Virginia (zip code 22079). If you need your order by a certain day, be sure to mention it in the Special Instructions (we make no guarantees, but we'll take it into consideration). If you select "Standard Shipping", to arrive by Christmas we need your order *by* Tuesday, December 16th! We cannot guarantee shipping times! Standard Shipping means we will ship your package via our choice of USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground, depending on the weight of the package and the most reasonable method for delivery to your location. The vast majority of orders go out via the US Postal Service, for which there is no tracking capability. Only very large orders, shipping across the country (to the west coast) will likely ship via UPS Ground. For your general information, here is the UPS Ground Time-in-Transit Map from our warehouse. USPS orders should take a similar amount of time, but keep in mind USPS mail is busier around the holidays.

Note that these are approximate times, and UPS is not guaranteeing these times for any deliveries sent out or delivered between Dec 11th and Dec 24th. If you are ordering *after* Dec. 16th you should choose one of the expedited shipping options: UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. We DO NOT SHIP on the same day you place your order! Your order will go out the day after you've placed it so make sure you take that into account when calculating when you expect your order to arrive. International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally, but it does take longer and cost more, of course. If you want to see what it will cost to send your order, put it into our shopping cart, and enter your address information. If the amount is too high, you don't have to finalize the order. Consider saving on shipping by putting together a group order with friends, and taking advantage of some of our Bulk Discounts. We send international packages through the United States Postal Service. They ship it to your national postal service, who then sends it to you. So we get no tracking numbers to see where the package is. Sorry! Depending on the destination, it has to go through your customs office (which can take some time) and you might have to pay additional import taxes and fees. Customs needs to see the value of the goods being sent, which is why we cannot hide prices for international gift orders.
